This book was a very quick read, short chapters and all. A cast of interesting, unlikable characters made for a different read for me, and I was surprised to find myself liking some of them despite their unlikable tendencies 😂 Others were driving me crazy! But I still enjoyed most of it.

The POV bounces around between several characters, and I loved that approach to the story. Just when you think you know someone, you realize you have them all wrong. It also had several unexpectedly funny parts. I felt like all these characters were living trainwreck lives and I was just watching to see what crazy thing they did next.

That being said, I was disappointed in the ending. I guess I just wanted more from it and was left with the “That’s it?” feeling that I hate having after finishing a book. This was a buddy read pick for me and I’m definitely looking forward to discussing how other people felt about the end!

If you like a school setting, multiple POVs, and characters with questionable morality, you’ll probably enjoy this one!
