I love this holiday read! It's beautifully written. I love the kids. They are so cute and my heart hurt for them as they spent Christmas with their aunt. Their father's incarcerated and their mother's deceased. This is a beautiful holiday romance.  The interaction between  Annie and Tate is fun and loving.
