The Go-Giver: A Little Story About a Powerful Business Idea by John David Mann, Bob Burg

3.0

This book sounded familiar like I had read it before. Kinda like [b:The E-myth Revisited|81948|The E-myth Revisited|Michael E. Gerber|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1435673032l/81948._SY75_.jpg|79122]. It's a fun fictional story that the main character takes us on a journey of learning business skills that he hopes will make him land the big sale, only to learn an even bigger skill of Life Lessons.

Apparently this is a series of life lesson books.

Notes:

These are the Five Laws of Success

1. The Law of Value - your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than take in payment.
2. The Law of Compensation -your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them.
3. The Law of Influence - your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other people’s interests first.
4. The Law of Authenticity - the most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.
5. The Law of Receptivity - the key to effective giving is staying open to receiving.
