I'm going back and forth between a 3 and a 4 (and trying to stop myself from completely reworking my rating system). The points for it are that I enjoyed the writing and the characters and I didn't see all the twists coming but nothing was completely out of left field. The main point against is that it felt like the author was trying too hard to justify a scientific explanation for time travel - I'm not sure what a better way to handle that would be while still setting the story in the real world, but I found it took me out of the story a bit. I think I can look past that and still give it a 4, and when I eventually give in and start using half stars it may become a 3.5.
