I just wanna start of by saying this book definitely opened my eyes to the side of domestic abuse we don’t usually see and really gave the victim’s point of view in a abusive situation.
I loved Lily and Allysa as characters in this story.
Okay maybe I’m just strange but it didn’t cry during this book. After seeing so many people cry i full expected to cry, don’t get me wrong the book definitely made me feel a full range of emotion. Hoover’s style of writing in this book is easily digestible and enchanting, i couldn’t stop turning the pages and finished it in 4 days who just says a lot for me. okay
