The absolute only reason I didn't give this book 5 stars is because I found it difficult to keep all of the characters straight, especially with a couple of them having nicknames. Santana was also Santa, which is similar to Zana, and Bayer. I'm sure the narrator's accent didn't help with that, either, but the book itself is FANTASTIC.
