The writing was lovely and there were snippets of fascinating, heart-wrenching insights and facts, but overall I felt like it didn’t quite hit the mark on a clear narrative. It had so many good moments, but the overall work didn’t blend together as much as I wanted it to. 

The audiobook narration was also severely underwhelming. I’d recommend reading a physical copy of this one!
