Tons of information, almost too much at times. It gets a little overwhelming but I found it helps to really realize that I can only focus on one or two things myself at a time. I was amazed and ashamed at a lot of the statistics she gave... Although it isn't news to me that we are wrecking the planet by over consuming and sending junk around the world and not caring about the people who are hurt by our lifestyle, I was intrigued by her down to earth real life experiences.
