I don't really even know where to start with this book.
It's an incredible story. It's written so incredibly well. The story really pulled me in and took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions. Ward does such an amazing job writing on this subject matter.
Believe me. You will think you have this story figured out more than once, but it will floor you and break you and cause you to maybe look differently on subjects you may have already formed opinions on.
Trigger warnings: violence involving children
