irreverentreader 's review for:
Strengthsfinder 2.0
by Tom Rath
Sort of a difficult book to rate, therefore I will leave my review short and sweet.
I was interested in learning more about the strengths finder test after reading Reading People and was able to pick this up for a dollar at a used book store. That meant the test code had already been used, but I think just by knowing yourself and reading the descriptions, you can accurately pick out which ones fit you best with no trouble at all. While most of the descriptions were easy to grasp, the wording wasn't always the most clear at times. Also, I pretty much only found the initial description useful and skipped over all the people examples, which seemed unnecessary.
But yeah, if you are looking to get to know yourself a little better, pick it up. It's worth your time.
