Oooh I love this book. Definitely another awesome dynamic between them. I feel like you have to understand BDSM to properly "get" this book. Most of the character growth is around accepting these needs. The book almost implies that childhood trauma is the cause of Diablo's desires, which is probably the most problematic part of the book.
The book is still very much in the area of "this is so ridiculous that the toxicity is playful rather than problematic" which Rose is known for.
As usual, the absolute acceptance of everything by the supporting cast, is awesome. There's no homophobia or needless drama. Really good read.
