I received a galley of this book through Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

Holly Jackson has been a very hit or miss author for me but I was truly surprised but just how much I ended up loving this book. I just thought this concept was so unique, and interesting. It was so incredibly well executed as well. It just immediately pulled me in. It was just so intriguing. The way the mystery unfolded was also incredibly well done. There were many twists and turns, and secrets revealed. There was quite a lot going on but it all managed to come together in an incredible way, and there definitely was one reveal that legit made me audibly GASP because it was just so masterfully done.
On top of that I also just loved Jet as a main character. She spend most of her life kind of floundering, and now that she is confronted with only one more week to live it really puts her entire life in perspective, and I really loved how that was done. Obviously this book is full of grief (and that is really well executed as well) but overall this book kind of felt like a love letter to life in and of itself. Towards the end Jet really prioritises making the most of her time left, and it is just so beautiful. I also really liked Billy as a side character, and the developement of their friendship/relationship was so incredibly well done as well.
The cast of side characters was also just incredible. We have a lot of different kind of characters, which makes it all very intriguing, and it overall made to story really come to life as well. The ending of this book also absolutely made cry, which just shows how invested I got in it overall. Highly, highly recommend this book because it was just SO GOOD.
