this book took me over 2 months to finish. i found it so goddamn boring at times. full of yapping. nonsense. eye rolling moments. our mc has such a hard time saying no that he ends up engaged to someone he doesn’t even like and just visited (was nice to) out of pity. he deserved much for than what he got in the end and i hope it haunts him forever lol. i didn’t like the book but pushed through hoping for a great twist but no, he stays miserable throughout the entire book.
