This was such a nothing burger. The worldbuilding was fine enough, and the story was entertaining enough to finish, but the author shoehorned in a romance between 2 characters with absolutely no chemistry, one of whom isn't even sure that romance worth the other character is what she wants. I simply cannot abide fan-ro age gaps, even when the fmc's frontsl lobe is fully developed. I will not be continuing the series.
