As before: I'm ambivalent about Alan Moore but I love the Swamp Thing art team, especially John Totleben. I feel like this volume may be more confusing for readers who don't have a strong background in DC Comics; the Crisis tie-in in particular probably makes very little sense if Swamp Thing is the only book from this era that you're reading. It's interesting to me how different the early references to John Constantine's disastrous Newcastle adventure are to Jamie Delano's version a few years later; I wonder what Moore imagined happened?
