What Happened to Goodbye by Sarah Dessen

After reading a more complex book, this book was a relief. It was an easy read, but still filled with all the emotion and storylines I love about Sarah Dessen's books. This book really hit home, and there was so much I liked about it. As with her other books, it was just so real. The only things I didn't like about this book were trivial. One that she referred to a basketball hoop as a goal. A goal is for soccer. Also I the editors missed quite a few typos, but nothing major. I also wish they would have explored the hotel, as I never clearly understood if the building was still standing or if there was only the basement left. Otherwise, this book was all I wanted it to be. Short, sweet, and real.
