The battle between Krory and Jasdevi enters its final phases, making Krory reconcile with the past and present and draw strength from the decisions he makes concerning thereof. As this fight draws out to a decisive end, Allen and the crew forge on in the hopes of stopping the transference of the Ark into the Earls grasp. Yet they are stopped once more by Tyki and Road, who both demand a dinner conversation with the exorcists. What starts out as a comic situation quickly turns deadly as verbal sparring transforms into the physical kind. With Tyki no longer holding back and Allen using his newly evolved innocence, not to mention Road trapping the other exorcist's in more ways than one, this fight promises to be fierce.
Now at volume twelve, it has been an extremely gratifying experience to observe how our characters have continued to grow along with this story. This, together with the ever expanding history and lore of this world, makes it easy to keep highly invested and eager for whatever comes next in this series.
