This is not my favourite book from KJ Charles. The plot didn't feel fully formed with a lot of elements being very complicated to follow. At the end of the book, I am still confused about where the story is going.

I hated the dynamic between Day and Crane. Crane just felt really unkind to Day and where there was a genuine lack of positive feelings towards each other.
