Murder on Lenox Hill by Victoria Thompson

3.0

TW - Child abuse, rape, underage sex. I hate such plots, and this is one of many taboo situations in this series that feel a little...I don't want to say voyeuristic. I can't think of the right word, but it's uncomfortable. Maybe it's an unflinching look at America (at least NYC) in those times, I don't really know, but there are an awful lot of children being abused in this series. I could do without it.

The slow burn for Sarah and Frank, though...I'm here for that.
