Magic, mystery, murder, this book has it all.
It's just so damned GOOD!
Now, this is one hell of a DARK read, and that's besides all the occult, rites & practices, so there are definitely trigger warnings that should be headed before diving in, be warned.
A crucible of tense moments, surprising turns at every corner, and one hell of a whirlwind of mystery. Even the mysteries have mysteries!
There is such deep, dense history and a world created to perfection that you just want spin-offs after spin-offs, just so you don't leave this bookish universe with a stone unturned.
Everything is so well thought out and written, the plot, characters, world building, everything just sang to my little dark soul, and it makes me very happy!
Athough this isn't everybody's cup of tea, I'm a pure traumatic lover and find dark subjects quite interesting for some reason, so I honestly LOVED this book, and I hope you guy do too.
