To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

5.0

I approached this book for the first time now, at 25 yo, and I can't remember the last time I devoured a reading so quickly. I heard a lot about it but never really knew much about the content, so I didn't know what to expect... I loved it, it was an outstanding portrayal of the innocence of children that is faced for the first time with injustice, so intertwined with their daily lives.

'Naw, Jem, I think there's just one kind of folks. Folks.'
