Reed Brennan is insufferable. She’s male centered, catty, and overly entitled. She’s just so annoying. Thomas also sucks in hindsight. But I ran out of available audiobooks of the Privilege series, so I’m re-reading these instead now. I still understand why I liked this series—the supporting characters are always colorful, and Reed’s background makes it possible to project a little bit onto her successfully (which I think is the goal.) It’s interesting to re-read this for the first time after reading Privilege—to see Ariana through Reed’s eyes. Still a great book cover.
