Why hello there Easton! I really enjoyed this book for the fact that you have a stodgy lawyer who is not wanting to bend because he is running for the judicial circuit and you have a sassy no holds barred girl in Selma that runs of all things a whiskey distillery! Two completely opposites who have history with each other, clash back together in the most unexpected way. The fireworks of these two is insane as well as the path to figure out what they both really wanted in life. Watching these two characters develop and change in this story was amazing. They let go of fears and welcome the uncertainty of the future with each other and that alone was stunning. They really did mesh well together regardless of how much they are polar opposites.
I am so looking forward to the next story! Hard to believe that we only have three more books to go in this amazing series. If you haven’t started it, I highly recommend it as the way it flows together is amazing and spellbinding!
