This was a poetry collection which was full of love, loss, grief, addiction and friendships forged during these times. This was a challenging book for me to read not being a person who would reach for a poetry collection and i think this was what led to me taking a long time to read it. However I did enjoy the poems as they all flowed into one another and told the authors story in a very interesting and different way. This is something that I an going to reflect on and may even use it in some of my university assignments to use as supporting evidence
