This is my first time reading Sierra Simone's work. I knew there would be spice, kinks, and BDSM. Good, give me the works! My problem with the book was the lack of chemistry between Mark and Tristan.
This is my first time reading Sierra Simone's work. I knew there would be spice, kinks, and BDSM. Good, give me the works! My problem with the book was the lack of chemistry between Mark and Tristan.
Mark didn't really show much emotion except for clenching his jaw, blank stares and some sadness for 2 days. I didn't really get the appeal of Mark. Now Tristan was like a little lost puppy dog to do as you please with him. It was nice that he was a 29 year old virgin, because we hardly get male virgins in books. I had a hard time believing the way he lost his virginity to Mark. It was rough and straight in to the kinks.
Which I think was a lot for him at first.
Tristan drove me nuts with the insta love. I get he's touch starved. How are you in love with Mark within 2 months and you barely know anything about him?!?!?! Then you find out he's engaged to Isolde.
Mark has you get Isolde in Ireland. I kid you not, he falls in love with Isolde on the yacht after a week. So they sleep together for the last 2 weeks on the yacht. The ending is stupid with a cliffhanger. He's not going to tell Mark about sleeping with Isolde. His coworker lets Tristan know there are cameras on the yacht, so Mark is going to find out. Oh no! eg
I don't
care enough to find out what happens next.
