Haben: The Deafblind Woman Who Conquered Harvard Law by Haben Girma

5.0

Could not love this book more - nor this author. She now joins Sonora Jha in the club called “authors I need to become best friends with” post-haste.
Her personality shines like a river in the sunshine. She is sweet, determined, and bold. Her emotional intelligence is off the charts and her commitment to advocating for disability justice is worthy of reverence. Her irreverent sense of humour and persistent giggle in the audiobook means you MUST listen rather than read this one.
