While not my favorite book by the author, I did really like the relationship between January and Gus. They felt very real and fleshed out as characters, and their misunderstandings were not dragged out since they communicated quickly. I heard that there were different endings for this book, depending on whether you read the US or UK version and I think I would have preferred reading the UK ending. Since it makes more sense to me character and story wise.
