Fantasy books are usually not my go to genre, and when I started I was in a reading slump.
This book is everything! Historical events, magic, thrill. The love interests in the book were age appropriate which I really appreciated.
Bri is a strong independent teenager who is suffering the loss of her mother and finding her place within the world without her. She is accepted as early admission to UNC and meets a group of friends that will help her learn her history and inner strength.
I will recommend this book to everyone!
