This was a book born out of NaNoWriMo which initially peaked my interest. However, what kept my interest was the voice of the main character, Rose. Rose is a girl out of time. She was in statis when the world around her changed. When she awoke, the world had changed, her parents and friends were gone. Could she find happiness in the very alien world she awoke into?
