Animal Man continues to be a standout in the New 52 for me, and this arc brings together a ton of the stories that were ongoing from the first two volumes. The whole Rotworld thing was appropriately weird and disturbing, and that's what Animal Man has gone for up to this point with great success.
While the volume does have the sense of "enough, already" from time to time, the end result combined with the setup for the next stage of things is solid.
