Omg, Frankie was as crazy as I imagined. I love her spark, her sassiness and how she brought one of the biggest capo to their feet. I really enjoyed Frankie’s friendship with Giulio. He was such a good son. Frankie’s dad arranged her marriage with G, Fausto’s son. He takes her to Italy to plan the wedding, however, while secrets are uncovered, Fausto can’t stop thinking about her, and can’t fight the attraction. He breaks her arrangement w his son and makes her his mistress. While he thinks she accepted the terms, Frankie doesn’t stop thinking about a way to scape back with her sisters and her family. Frankie gets kidnapped by one of his enemies. This is an enemies to lovers, age gap and morally gray/grumpy mafia don with a sassy heroin. He has a very dirty Italian mouth and she secretly loves it. The story kind of ends in a cliffhanger. You will need to read Mafia Darling to see how it ends.
