This Emily Henry book felt more chick lit than her other works. The romance between Alice and Hayden was the side plot to the former tabloid princess Margaret's life story. I would have liked this book better if we got more of Alice and Hayden's love story, but that didn't mean this was a bad book. Just not my cup of tea (even though I totally breezed through the book). I wish this book had a more profound message about love. It ended up being a nice reveal about Margaret's mysterious life. There really are three versions of stories: yours, mine, and the truth.
