I had seen the movie not realizing it was a Nicholas Sparks book until I started working my way though his writing. This is very much like the movie and is an enjoyable story. Fairly realistic with the relationships and some of the struggles the characters face. As for the acquiring of the art collection many times in life it is about being in the right place at the right time.
