Door-to-Door Bookstore by Carsten Henn

emotional funny medium-paced
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: No

It's an endearing story, one which sort of reminds me of Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers - where the story revolves around a character who's on the elderly side of age, and the social impact that they take as society moves on without them.
There are a couple of bits that are questionable - you can't be saying when a boy pushes you, it must mean that he likes you. But otherwise, it's a nice story and it was quite a lot funnier than I expected!
