What a beautifully weird world this was!
Part of what draws me to sci-fi and fantasy over any other genre is the worldbuilding and this was no exception! I loved getting more insight into how life on Parados I runs with all the different matrilines in connection to the Zenzee. The power and family structures were also really interesting to follow along the way. I don’t think I’ve ever read anything like this before and I’m sad it wasn’t a bit longer as I wanted just a little more in certain areas - but overall, this was such a fun ride and I would love to see the world expand into even more adventures.
