I listened to this book at the perfect time, I think! With Good Omen's coming out on Amazon Prime, I was vibing for something to listen to while I was cleaning and also working!
I enjoyed listening to this, I wasn't sure what to expect outside of what the blurb said and I liked how as Audrey, our leading lady, discovers things so do we. We don't really know much about her and SHE doesn't know about herself either.
There are several complex characters in the story, by which I mean they have depth and aren't shallow or simply filler characters. Each has a purpose in the plot, which was a pretty interesting one.
My favorite is dark and stormy Logan, who is the love interest to Audrey and I won't say anything more than that it's a slooooow burn!
