Girls of Riyadh by Rajaa Alsanea

3.0

Some have said this book is Sex and the City set it Saudi Arabia - simply, it's not. Yes, it is about four young women growing up and their relationships; but no, don't expect a Samantha-type (unless you include Michelle's honest and blunt way of thinking.)
I enjoyed it- it was a different look at the pressure of relationships as well as the other customs Westerners aren't so familiar with. It's sweet and kind of innocent.
