I really wanted to like this one, but it took me a month to read. It didn’t actually capture my attention until around page 300 (I dislike DNF’ing a book, especially a series).
As other reviews have stated, it had a very excruciatingly slow start, so I’m hoping that book 2 has more action. But I feel like I’m going to be disappointed lol.
