Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin

5.0

I loved this so so much!! It's definitely up there with one of my all time favourite books. Zevin's writing is so exqusitie. The writing style, the characterisation, the structure, the plot. Everything was so perfectly and expertly crafted. There was nothing that I disliked other than the fact that it ended and I wanted more! I love video games so I knew from the start I would love this. I love books that cover a long expanse of time and Zevin did this so well. I also love books with fictional celebrity culture so this was an instant win. And I absolutely love themes of friendship and family which Zevin wrote about so beautifully. Honestly it just felt like my perfect book and I couldn't have asked for much more. I bought the beautiful signed hardcover waterstones exclusive edition and it is now filled with about a hundred sticky tabs of beautiful lines and passages that I tabbed as I read because I was so blown away by Zevin's words. I just absolutely loved it and will treasure this story forever.
