Sin Bin by Teagan Hunter

Emilia and Owen (Smith as he’s known professionally) had a one night stand that felt like so much more. It was cut short when the figured out Emilia’s new job that brought her to Smith’s town was to work for his hockey team. Did I mention she’s also the niece of the assistant coach?

What happens when you ignore your feelings for two years only to hit a point where you can’t, or don’t want to, hide anymore. I love watching them come back together. The side characters continue to be a highlight in this series.

This was also one of the more extreme sports age gap romances and it was handled so well. These two fell in love despite the age, it was mentioned a few times but isn’t the basis of their sorry. Which I loved because age gaps can be hit or miss if the only point of drama is the age. That’s not the case here.

Also, the end was swoon worthy. I feel like we never see an ending like that— I loved it. I can’t wait for Miller’s book this fall!

I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
