Happiness and Love by Zoe Dubno

2.0

I have not been hating to my fullest extent.

It has some smart things to say and I found parts wonderfully written. I’m just not very interested in books that don’t have anything true and beautiful to say about the world! Although it has provided me with new creative insults to use. I do see why one could love this book but it is simply not for me xxx

It also has no paragraph breaks at all and no chapters. One long uninterrupted text. I think this is to be very Mrs.Dalloway stream of consciousness but it makes for a brutal read! (Perhaps the goal, but wasn’t the lasting ethos of the story that art is to be enjoyed? maybe we needed to come to this conclusion ourselves as well?)
