Would absolutely recommend for getting out of a reading slump so happy I got the ending I wanted the character to have.
The only reason as to why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the Americanness of the teabag in the microwave cringed me out.
Very gripping book but it’ll rip your heart out spit on it and then reassemble it.
Such a gorgeous message too
Changed how I will love too hopefully.
didn’t have a typical hallmark ending thank god ‘ I am who I am because I loved you once,” he says. “I am who I am because I loved you once too,” I say. And then we say good-bye.” Was actually a great line to end on. The ending kinda reminded me of the closing scene in bojack horseman in a way ‘life’s a bitch and then you keep living’
Parts of this book is cringe but I feel it gives it character.
