A beautiful and sweet story on life, friendship, and dorayaki.

Sentaro mans a local dorayaki shop under the cherry blossom trees. Tokue is an old lady looking for a small job to help her pass time.

When Tokue introduces her version of the dorayaki filling to Sentaro, he lets her help him create the dorayaki sweets, and slowly Sentaro's life changes.

When Tokue's past makes trouble for Sentaro's boss, everything gets turned around and Sentaro has to find what is important in his life.
