Pros 

• The characters and the focus on inner strength / various forms of strength 
• Relationships between characters, side characters with their own personalities
• There were equine puns and other bits of light humor sprinkled throughout

Cons 

• Plot felt pretty light, barebones 
• Wouldn’t call it a slow-burn personally, more like miscommunication to clarity to insta-love 
• The world-building felt patchy, particularly when it came to the different countries and their cultures
