I will read anything Suzanne Collins writes. Actually, I have-other than her little kid series. I've read the original trilogy more times than I can count, the ballad of songbirds and snakes is one of my favorite books of all time, and I've also read sunrise on the reaping. The original trilogy will always be one of the best series in the world, for me atleast. And the fact that the movies are also absolutely incredible 😲. I loved this book. Im actually writing the review 3 years after first reading the book, but I still remember it really well. I'll be honest-the first and third books will always be better to me, but this one was still an easy 5 stars. I think the only thing I didnt like was how long the story went on before the quarter quell began. Thats why I liked the other 2 books just a little bit more- I kinda felt like this one took a long time to get to the main part. Still, though, I absolutely loved it and I would recommend it to anyone.
