Puck Shy by Teagan Hunter
3.0

Collin and Harper meet one night when Harper nearly runs over Collin on a road in the middle of nowhere. After some convincing, Collin convinces Harper to give him a ride back to his place since his car broke down, and although the two seemed to connect right off the bat, they don't happen to exchange any form of contact. It isn't until weeks later when Collin, unbeknownst to Harper, finds her on a dating website and instantly matches with her under the guise of a man named Wright which happens to be his last name.

I read this bc I got an arc of the second book, [b:Blind Pass|59355908|Blind Pass (Carolina Comets #2)|Teagan Hunter|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1639665462l/59355908._SY75_.jpg|93523021], and wanted to immerse myself into this world since it is an interconnected standalone series. I won't lie, the cover itself made me hesitant to read it, but it was a cute contemporary romance with just the right amount of angst for our couple. This was extremely fast-paced and just what I needed after a long week, but there was also enough tension and drama to make it a fun one-time read.
