The Word Is Murder by Anthony Horowitz

4.0

Sherlock meet your match Mr. Hawthorn, he even comes with his own little Watson, Anthony Horowitz. In this Sherlock type story the author Anthony adds a fictional version of himself as his character is dragged all throughout London by a guy he barely knows and can barely stand. The 'know-it-all Hawthorn will make you feel just as fustrated as Anthony and just as intrigued as well. Although the book was a little slow I still could not put it down and I enjoyed it all the way through. The title drop at the end was a happy bonus. I really liked the characters and their interaction with another and am looking forward too picking up the next book. And who doesn't love a good old Who done it style book.
