I remember my mom giving me this a few months prior, and I thought it would be as boring as Fannie Flagg. Boy do I need a wake up call that not all books my mom owns are boring.
There was a quote from this book on page 35 that made this book connect with me.
"This is the greatest gift God can give you: to understand what happened in your life. To have it explained. It is the peace you have been searching for."
That's quote made such a connection to me, I knew I couldn't put this book down. It was so amazing to read about five people that changed your life, even if you don't realize it.
If that's what heaven looks like, I'd be very interested to find out who my five people are. I may be young, but I have a feeling it will still surprise me.
