Mr. Know-It-All: The Tarnished Wisdom of a Filth Elder by John Waters
5.0
My favourite John Waters book since I read his first Shock Value as a teenager. It sort of picks up where Shock Value left off--covering all his films from Hairspray through A Dirty Shame. It made me want to rewatch the later films for sure. This book is essays, and I think two of them are in the fantasy style that half of Carsick was, so if you don't like that you can skip those.
Anyway--I'm basically here for whatever he does and from his career advice to the piece about dropping acid at 70, I loved this book.
