This book was a very shallow prosperity gospel style self help book. The main character was a man with a bad attitude whose problems all seemed from that and so when he fixed his attitude his life got better. The book offers no insight to more nuanced and or complex situations of chronic illness, poverty, etc. It feels reminiscent of "The Secret". It's a book written about and for upper middle class middle aged men who can't be bothered to participate in their lives. I do not recommend.
